FORDINGBRIDGE HISTORICAL SOCIETYSUMMER VISITS 2012The cost includes coach fares, gratuities, entrance fees and refreshment where stated. Because of the cost of coaches, we have to cancel if we have less than 20 bookings at the closing date, so early booking is essential to be sure that the visit will take place. Queries to Janet Brown on 01425 650 914.We do not bank your cheques until the day after each visit, so you can make as many bookings as you wish at the same time – separate cheques please – but only be charged after you have made the visit. Please send an SAE, so we can send you ticket(s) & additional information for the visit(s) you book. National Trust (NT) Members MUST bring NT cards on visits if claiming reduced fee.We have two ‘own transport’ activities this year. If you want a lift for these, or can offer a lift, please tick the appropriate boxes on the booking forms. Thank you for your help.APPLICATIONS: Would members please study the booking slips most carefully. Applications must be submitted by the date shown on the booking slip, and must be accompanied by the fee. (In case of illness notified 24 hours or more before the visit, the fee will be returned.)Cheques should be made payable to:Fordingbridge Historical Society All bookings should be sent to:Janet Brown, Fordingbridge Historical Society, 17 Timbermill Court, Fordingbridge, SP6 1RG, with a single SAE for the return of your ticket(s).NON-MEMBERS are welcome, but will be charged an additional £2 administration fee.The start & finish point for visits is the Fordingbridge Recreation Ground, first right turn approaching from Fordingbridge, NOT the NFDC car park on left. On these occasions, Fordingbridge Town Council kindly allows members to park free of charge on the Recreation Ground.
