The Grave of Augustus John RAThe Grave of Augustus John is located in the Fordingbridge Parish Cemetery.The Cemetery is located on the small road to Stuckton.Coming from the North the easiest way is not to turn off the A338 Fordingbridge by-pass but to continue on the by-pass over the River Avon bridge and then to immediately turn off left. Having turned off the by-pass turn almost immediately right onto the small road leading to Stuckton – the Cemetery is a few hundred yards further on the Right Hand Side.Coming from the South turn off the A338 at the slip road leading to Fordingbridge. At the T junction turn Right and then Right again by the Garage and then almost immediately left to Stuckton – the Cemetery is a few hundred yards further on the Right Hand Side.
Enter the Graveyard from the designated Car ParkWalk up the main path a few yards and turn right towards the ChurchIdentify clearly marked Graves of Edith Pyke & Fred Pyke (these are smallish white tomb stones)These Graves are in "Row G" being G8 and G9Augustus John's Grave is G68As such, walk up Row G ie away from Road and Car Park Grave 68 is towards the top end of the Graveyard.
